Embroidery: This product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process.

Fabric: Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. Tissue as a fabric will always have natural weaving irregularities and slight stains.

Wash Care: Care instructions are displayed on our website under each product description. Moderate shrinkage may be expected. One must be very careful when applying fragrances to handmade clothes as the ingredients may cause your clothes to remove print or stain.

SHIPPING: Shipping within India is free for all prepaid orders, and the cost is fully borne by us. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm your order. This will be adjusted against the total payable amount at the time of delivery. COD charges are ₹550 additional. For international shipping, charges will be additional and calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination country. Shipping costs will be shared with you upon inquiry and confirmation.

RETURNS: Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
